RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and exchange policy below.

  1. RETURN 
  • Condition of the Product: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the shoes must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, complementary accessories and packaging intact. They should not show signs of wear or damage.
  • Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery. Beyond this period, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any returns or exchanges.
  • Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Return Eligibility: Once we pick up your return, our team will do the quality check at our end and if the product passes our quality check, we will provide a full refund. But, if the product does not pass the quality check we shall return the shoes to you and reject your return or exchange.
  • Return Process: Once you have initiated a return, the delivery boy will do the reverse pickup from the given address within 2-5 days of confirmation of exchange request. Maximum attempts of pick-up will be two. Please ensure that there is someone home or office to handover the return.

  1. EXCHANGE
  • Exchange Condition: The exchange can only be processed once with a different size of the same article only, and the differential amount, if any, shall be forfeited. Once an exchange has been processed, the item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged and the transaction will be considered final. If the product has been delivered wrongly by us, we will exchange it even if it exceeds the “one exchange only” policy.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the size you wish to exchange is not in stock, we will offer a refund instead.
  • Conversion: Once an exchange request has been initiated, it cannot be converted to a refund/ return request.
  • Exchange Process: Once you have initiated an exchange, the delivery boy will do the reverse pickup from the given address within 2-5 days of confirmation of exchange request. Maximum attempts of pick-up will be two. Please ensure that there is someone home or office to handover the exchange.

  1. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
  • Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@danzio.in or [customer service phone number]. Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and whether you prefer a return or exchange.
  • Log in to your account: Alternatively, you may log in to your account using your email address submitted during placing order and under section “Orders”, select your order and click on “Return/Exchange”.
  • Packaging: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all complementary accessories and all tags intact.

  1. RETURN/EXCHANGE COST
  • Costs: Return and Exchange shipping is free to the customer only once. Subsequent exchanges will incur cost of INR 600 each time. 
  • Inspection: Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, with damaged packaging or without tags etc. DANZIO reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is resalable before issuing a refund or exchanging the product. If we receive a returned item that doesn’t meet our above-mentioned conditions, it will be returned to the customer.

  1. REFUNDS
  • Processing Time: Once your return is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Cancellations on Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts, we will cancel the refund request and no refund will be issued.

  1. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
  • Defects: If you receive a defective item or an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at hello@danzio.in or +915152970341. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Reporting: Any defects or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
    • Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance sales or with discounts are not eligible for return.
  • Accessories & Shoe Care Items: Please note that no returns or exchanges will be issued for small accessories, such as card holders, wallets, belts and all shoe care items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This policy applies regardless of the condition or use of the item. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase of small accessories & shoe care items before finalizing their order. For any other products not listed in these categories, our standard return and exchange policy applies.

  1. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
  • Ensure the size you are ordering is perfect as there is no exchange or refunds in international shipping.
